27 Months, Look What I've Done!

During breakfast time Mommy was on the phone with the airline company and I just had to seize the moment to be messy! She was so surprised to find me like this when the call was finished that she had to take pictures and share!
I am now twenty seven months old, but don't let my age fool you. I am still a baby (at least to my parents I am). Every day my vocabulary is growing. I continue to copy the things that my parents say and am able to understand quite a bit. If my mommy needs something that I can deliver all she needs to do is ask and I go get it straight away! I ask for things when I want them whether it is a snack or a specific toy. Mommy and Daddy make it real fun for me because they let me choose which toy or book or puzzle I want. I even get to decide from which two outfits I want to wear for the day. I love knowing what is going to happen next due to the nice schedule Mommy has laid out for me in the morning or the events that happen at night before I go to bed. I play naming and matching games with the flash cards that my parents got for me. It's almost too easy now. I know my shapes, colors, numbers, alphabet, names of animals and people, and I can even count to ten in Spanish! My favorite thing to do during the week is Tuesday mornings at the library for story time. I enjoy jumping on my parents bed jumping in general, it's a skill that one day I will master. One thing that I have mastered is climbing out of my crib and opening and shutting doors. I still enjoy going to the park to play even though it is cold out, but we don't stay too long.
