Long Road Trip

I just couldn't keep my eyes open after a few hours on the road. 

Mommy fashioned this 'sling' for my head, that way I wouldn't strain my neck so much from sleeping in the car.

Grandpa bought me a very large ice cream cone from Dairy Queen. I shared mine with Mommy.

Since Grandma and Grandpa were in town, Mommy and I decided to hitch a ride back to the cities to stay with them and visit family as well as tighten up a few loose ends. We started our journey today. Tonight we will visit Jay's family in Oak Park, IL. It will be so great to see them and have a brake from the endless driving. Grandpa says I need to take a turn driving, so I had to rest up a bit before my turn. After Jay's house we will leave for Minneapolis. I will finally visit my Grandparents house. I have been asking my parents about them the whole time I have been in Pittsburgh. I also can't wait to visit the rest of my family as well as other familiar faces! See you guys soon. Daddy, Mommy and I miss you very much. Keep well and don't forget us! We love you. muah*
