Da Bears

The day started out nicely and once we were about halfway through the zoo the rain came down. We weren't exactly ready for the down pour, but somehow it worked out that whenever we were inside some kind of shelter the rain came down its hardest. Once we were out walking around in the open the rain seemed to stop or subside just enough for us not to become drenched. Mommy thinks that the rain makes the animals a bit more frisky because they seem to want to do more than just sleep. My favorite exhibits today belonged to the bears. Even the polar bears were playing in the water. Mommy got a few underwater shots!
