The finished product.

Today Elijah and I had a check-up appointment at the clinic. Mommy and Daddy explained that the same building that my doctor's visit was where Daddy went to work every day. The nurse and the doctor check us both out to make sure that we were right and healthy. Turns out we are! Here are some stats: Jonah (3 yrs): Ht 3' 2" Wt 31lbs Elijah (2 mo): Ht 1' 11" Wt 15.5lbs HC 41.5cm. I am a healthy 3 year old and Elijah is just off the charts for a two month old! I was a bit nervous when we entered the exam room, but every one reassured me that I was doing great and there was nothing to worry about. I got my blood pressure taken for the first time and every thing checks out with that. I also got checked out for lead and that was a little bit scary, but Daddy told me what was going to happen and I didn't cry at all not a peep; it was just a little poke. The stickers at the end were a bonus and I was pretty happy the rest of the day. Elijah got his two month immunizations and I don't think that he liked that very much. As the day turned to night we were happy and actually the trip to the doctor's office was out of both of our heads. On to bigger things. Elijah was just beside himself with happiness. He was talking up a storm and smiling like it was his job! Glad Daddy had the camera to capture this moment. I also got a package from the UPS guy. It was another present for my birthday! Uncle Elan, Anna Komo, and Barkley sent me a great gift! I am going to use it every day!!!
